With over 15 years of experience planning events, Megan Foster, can assist in planning the perfect event no matter the size. Megan has worked in the hospitality field as a senior manager of event and party planning with Hyatt Hotels as well as private events.  Presently Megan is the innkeeper at The Wilmington Inn with her husband Charlie.

Charlie has worked in the hospitality field for over 15 years.  Charlie has worked for Hyatt Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & The Seaport Hotel.  He also has event experience while working for NXTevent in Boston.

Megan & Charlie’s combined experience can assist in planning every aspect of your event from transportation to menu planning to timelines and details.

At Perfectly Planned, we pride ourselves on having connections with local vendors such as entertainment, transportation & caterers.  Locally sourced vendors allow us to ensure your event runs flawlessly.

Perfectly Planned is located in Southern Vermont in the town of Wilmington.  We are centered in The Deerfield Valley close by Mount Snow in Dover.
