Vermont Cheese Camp: Cheese as a Way of Life

Join the Vermont Cheese Council for a deep dive into cheese, its role in history, and the experience of working with it every day! You will learn about the life of a cheesemaker and dairy farmer, journey with cheese as it has fed the human soul through time, learn how to build a cheese board, have a guided cheese sampling with a cheese monger, hear what calls people to work with cheese, and enjoy a tour through the beautiful Hildene estate and its creamery!
