Learn what makes Vermont unique compared to other cheese-producing states, meet a cheesemonger and learn how to build a cheese board, bite into cheese (literally – there will be cheese sampling) and its role in tackling historic climate instabilities, meet cheesemakers firsthand, and enjoy a tour through the beautiful Hildene estate and its creamery!
