STONEMAKERS OF  VERMONT

In addition to traditional landscape services, North Branch is now the area's exclusive StoneMakers dealership. StoneMakers artisans use a state of the art process to recreate natural stone features from concrete at a fraction of the cost of traditional stone work. We can design and install natural stone walls, water features, stairways, patios, and much more -- all from concrete! TWENTY ACRE NURSERY

North Branch Landscape owns and operates their own twenty acre nursery in Stamford, Vermont. Since they grow thousands of beautiful and hardy trees and shrubs, they know which varieties will perform best in your landscape. Over the years, they have learned what plants thrive in our area and how they can be best incorporated into a beautiful landscape.

HISTORY

Steve and Pam Tworig founded North Branch Landscape Company in 1984 and have specialized in growing trees and shrubs and providing complete landscape services. Steve, Pam, and their son, Stephen IV reside in Stamford, VT on their twenty acre nursery site.

Long History of Service to the Green Industry: Steve is a past president of the New England Nursery Association and previously served on the board of directors of the Vermont Association of Professional Horticulturalists.  He is former chairman of the New England Nursery Certification Council and periodically serves as a judge for the Boston Flower Show. He and Pam are Certified Vermont Horticulturalists. Steve is also a certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture.
Steve earned his B.A. in Biology at North Adams State College in 1993. In 1998, he was the recipient of the Young Nursery Professional of the Year award by the Vermont Association of Professional Horticulturalists.
