Wilmington Village Walking Tours

To benefit the Historical Society of Wilmington

Cost: $5.00 per person/$20.00 for a family of up to 5

A guided walking tour of historic downtown Wilmington, Vermont

Meet at the Mount Snow Chamber of Commerce Building, just west of the traffic light on Route 9.  Tour for approximately one hour.

Weekly Saturday tours will start on Saturday July 3rd. and continue through Labor Day Weekend.
Tours will start at the chamber office @ 12:30 p.m. ending up at the society's museum on Lisle Hill for refreshments and time to visit the museum.

Annual Potluck held at the Barber House 5 Lisle Hill
Bring a dish to share and enjoy an evening visiting about Wilmington history.

Wednesday October 6th. 7:00 p.m.
Story teller / Author David Pitkin from Chestertown, NY will be telling some of his Vermont stories about ghosts, including the ghost of The Wilmington White House, Clara Brown.  He will also have his newly released book New England Ghosts to share which includes the Wilmington White House.
Refreshments served following the presentation.

Wednesday November 3rd. 7:00 p.m.

Presentation by Randy Schoonmaker and Bob Edwards about the old barn board mill that now houses the Moovers

Regular monthly presentations are held on the first Wednesday of each month starting in May at 7:00 p.m. and running through November.

Presentations are held at the museum on Lisle Hill unless otherwise posted.
